We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

  • Only items purchased directly from www.wildcathemp.com are eligible for return.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, opened or partially used products cannot be returned, unless they arrived damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at

  • A clear photo of the product (if damaged or defective)

Our team will review your request within 2 business days and provide return instructions if eligible.

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • If approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: shipping charges (if any for expedited shipping) are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrived damaged, leaking, or with the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to try a different product, please request a refund and place a new order.
